The Whale Done Assessment™ is a $99 investment, paid when your appointment is scheduled.

If you approve repairs during your visit, your $99 assessment is applied toward those approved repairs.

To provide the best experience, we ask that a homeowner or decision-maker be present during the assessment. This allows us to answer questions, explain our findings, and review any recommendations with you in person.

After You Schedule

Once your appointment is scheduled, we’ll take it from there.

You’ll receive:

✔ Appointment confirmation by text and email.

✔ Your appointment date and arrival window.

✔ A reminder before your appointment.

✔ A text approximately 30 minutes before your technician arrives.

When We Arrive

Your licensed irrigation professional will introduce themselves and spend a few minutes learning about your concerns.

Whether you’re dealing with a leak, brown spots, standing water, controller problems, a high water bill, or simply want to make sure everything is working properly, we’ll begin by listening.

Every assessment starts with understanding your goals before evaluating your irrigation system.

During The Assessment

Every property is different, so every assessment is tailored to your sprinkler system.

Depending on your concerns, we’ll evaluate items such as:

✔ Running every sprinkler zone.

✔ Inspecting sprinkler heads and nozzles.

✔ Checking valves and valve boxes.

✔ Testing controller operation and programming.

✔ Evaluating wiring and electrical components.

✔ Looking for visible and hidden leaks.

✔ Identifying anything that isn’t operating as it should.

Can Repairs Be Completed The Same Day?

In many cases, yes.

If you approve the recommended repairs and the required materials are available on the truck, we can often complete the work during the same visit.

If specialty parts or additional work are needed, we’ll explain the next steps before leaving your home.

What If Nothing Is Wrong?

That’s great news.

Not every Whale Done Assessment™ results in repairs.

If your sprinkler system is operating properly, we’ll tell you.

Sometimes the best outcome is simply knowing your irrigation system is functioning correctly and giving you confidence moving forward.

Because our goal isn’t to sell repairs.

Our goal is to help you make the right decision.

How Often Should A Sprinkler System Be Assessed?

At a minimum, we recommend having your sprinkler system professionally assessed once each year.

An annual assessment helps identify hidden leaks, damaged sprinkler heads, controller issues, poor coverage, and other problems before they become larger repairs or lead to higher water bills.

For many homeowners, twice a year is even better.

A spring assessment helps ensure your system is ready for the watering season after months of sitting idle.

A second assessment in the fall allows you to identify worn components, make needed repairs, adjust watering schedules for cooler weather, and prepare your system before winter arrives.
